Ricky has an extensive background in business, and negotiations, and a real passion for real estate. He purchased his first property in his 20s and has bought and sold it within his own real estate portfolio for over 40 years. Ricky has gained a wide range of real estate experience, owning and managing both domestic and international investment properties. He also has experience in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Ricky, and his wife Cathy, own horses and live on a ranch near Tesuque, NM. As a result, Ricky has become quite knowledgeable about equestrian properties in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico.
Ricky earned a B.S. in economics from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St, Louis.
