Rick Oliver has over 30 years of real estate experience including 24-plus years as a REALTOR® and Broker and licensed building contractor. He has developed and sold over 1000 residential building units in six large scale residential building developments. Rick's experience allows him to offer his clients the advantage of his in-depth knowledge of all phases of real estate marketing and development.
Currently, in addition to assisting buyers and sellers with residential real estate transactions, Rick serves as the Vice President of Hawaii Holdings, Silagi Development and Management, where he works with the investor on projects including the Nohea at Mauna Lani community and the Big Island Country Club. Before moving to Hawaii, Rick also had a successful real estate career in Atlanta, Georgia, where he managed and sold several large-scale real estate development projects.
