The Ibiza sales and villa rental divisions operate as 'The Richard Lacey Group'.  Richard is a yacht skipper and avid sailor, always happiest when he is on the water and sharing the passion by offering yachts for charter and sale to clients. Richard is a  member of CLHMS, the luxury home marketing Guild, and is an accredited Coldwell Banker Global Luxury property specialist. Over 15 years The Richard Lacey Group has built a track record in luxury property development and sales. Many second home buyers are looking to generate income when they are not in residence so they often opt for the ancillary services of remodelling, property management and vacation rentals also offered by the Group. Richard is a British citizen, and has lived in Costa Rica & Ibiza for well over 20 years. Richard is a chartered accountant, having worked for blue chip companies such as KPMG, Sony Corp and Time Warner.
