With his back ground in commercial real estate and a CPA (INACTIVE), Rich does the analysis on investment and commcerial properties for their clients as well.As a team Seiko and Rich have closed over 225 transactions for families with the buying and selling of their home! Just before arriving in Hawaii, Rich worked for a large commercial developer as their Assistant Controller for 5 years learning the various facets of that industry. Previously, he started his accounting career with one of the big eight accounting firms that are now the big 4 before moving into private industry.Overall, Rich has over 39 years of successful and progressive business, sales, marketing and accounting experiences gained in Canada, Hawaii, California and Texas. Rich had his own mortgage brokerage company up till 2022, but with high rates he is no longer in that business.
