Putting you first in Maui's real estate... as the Top 3% CB worldwide and Top 100 in HawaiiI I work hard for every single client throughout the entire buying and selling process. You don't get invited to grace the pages of publications like those by being content to sit on the sidelines. Rhonda Smith, Maui Realtor Rhonda Smith-Sanchez has been featured in each of those, not to mention countless others. Her physical prowess and mental agility made her a pioneer in the world of professional women's water sports, and she blazed the trail for so many household names that would come after her. With five world windsurfing titles and a multitude of national titles to her name, it's in Rhonda's very DNA to have an indomitable work ethic, lending itself to the laser-like focus that makes or breaks the business professional borne of such a storied athletic career.
Reinvented as a real estate agent in 1997, Rhonda reached another pinnacle as a Top Producer for the continental United States. Her lifelong commitment to goal setting, striving for perfection, knowing when the timing is right, negotiating and facing hurdles with a graceful balance of tact and bravado has led her to being Coldwell Banker Island Properties' Top Producer for her Paia, Maui office, where she also earned the prestigious International President's Elite Award - an honor achieved by the select few who know how to negotiate the sometimes challenging waters of high-end residential real estate. Rhonda's most recent recognition is that of Hawaii Business Magazine's Top 100 Realtors in the State of Hawaii.
Rhonda's tag line? It's more than a tag line. It's a series of four words that she and her team tugged and pulled and fought over before the dust settled. The series of words is taken very seriously not only by Rhonda, but by every member of her team: "Nothing speaks like results."
