Randy has over 25 years of experience in contract negotiations, business management and real estate investment. In 2002 he began his career as a full-time real estate professional in Maryland, where he partnered to form the top-selling team in Carroll County, in which he is still a managing partner. Randy is dedicated to sharing his love of the island, its natural splendor and all it has to offer with kama'aina and visiting clients in their search for the perfect permanent or vacation home.
