A little bit about Ramona Bautista. Having spent her entire professional life in sales, she excels and thrives under pressure and is driven to provide the absolute best in customer service. As a real estate professional since 2001, Ramona Bautista has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer in the Broward County and Miami-Dade areas. Specialties include residential properties, supporting clients with luxury homes, relocation, new construction, and land. She fights on the front line and closes the tough deals to get her clients the very best deal possible. You win. She wins.
She has worked overseas in the Dominican Republic where she is originally from and she speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and Real Estate! The complicated third language revolves around the art of the deal and it is this vernacular that she looks forward to speaking with you today.
Her passion for real estate goes beyond the transaction, as she is a proud Latina and as President of the NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) West Broward chapter in 2020, she firmly believes in homeownership in America. She is a giver, and she always believes in giving back to the community through charities like the DCC - Dolphins Challenge Cancer bike ride, and Back to Schools just to name a few.
