Ralph Robertson has worked in the Lake Cypress Springs/Northeast Texas real estate market for over 22 years. Having begun his real estate career as an apprentice appraiser with Century 21 Butler Real Estate Services in early 1993, Ralph has considerable experience in real estate appraisal work including residential and commercial properties all over Northeast Texas.
Since transitioning to full-time real estate sales in the mid-90's, Ralph has been consistently recognized as one of the top-producing agents in Northeast Texas, as well as on Lake Cypress Springs. Additionally, Ralph has also designed and built five lake homes around Lake Cypress Springs, all of which sold at the top of their market.
This unique combination of sales experience and building expertise gives Ralph the ability to help clients understand the area lake market and to make informed decisions whenever they purchase a home or a vacant lot here. This area of expertise also extends to Lake Bob Sandlin where Ralph sold his first lake property many years ago.
With two degrees in Animal Science from Texas A&M and two decades in the cattle business, Ralph is knowledgeable about agricultural properties or recreational acreage, and he has helped many clients find that special farm and ranch property.
