Virginia’s Horse Country called, and Rachael heard the call over 25 years ago. Raised in Rochester, NY, and educated in Journalism at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, she was drawn to train and compete in two Olympic equestrian programs before making Virginia her home.
Rachael spent 14 years in management, sales, and ultimately senior management at Ariat International, Inc., one of the largest global equestrian footwear and apparel brands, earning recognition as Sales Representative of the Year.
The transition to real estate was a natural one, and Rachael was a top producer right out of the gate. She is driven by her clients’ success and honored to serve as their advisor in one of life’s most significant investments: their home, farm, or land.
A fierce advocate for her clients, Rachael takes the time to understand their goals, provides data-driven strategies, and is a proactive communicator and results-focused negotiator.

Rachael and her husband, Brian, live in Clarke County, where the countryside, their ever-changing pack of rescue dogs, horses, friends and family create the life they love.
