Born and raised in New Jersey, Perry attended and graduated Delbarton Preparatory School in Morristown, New Jersey. He graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a BBA degree in Marketing and from George Washington University with an MBA in Program Management. After he completed his formal education, Perry went on to a successful 25-year career with AT&T and Lucent Technologies that included 14 years in Corporate Operations management and 11 years leading their Marketing/Customer Satisfaction organizations worldwide. At both AT&T and Lucent Technologies Perry was selected to participate in their executive Leadership Continuity Programs earning him an Executive MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

A lifelong interest in real estate coupled with his prior work experience prepared Perry for his career with Diane Turton, Realtors. Perry has resided in Sea Girt, New Jersey for over 20 years and has an exceptional knowledge of both local and national real estate market values and industry trends. His reputation as a leader in the real estate industry and his outstanding business and communication skills has greatly contributed to his business success. Perry is a recognized Top Producer for Diane Turton, Realtors and in 2012 he accepted the position of Broker-Manager of the Diane Turton, Realtors – Wall Office. In 2013, Perry was made Marketing Director of Diane Turton, Realtors responsible for directing the marketing efforts of the company worldwide. He is also a member of the Diane Turton, Realtors Leadership Team.
