My wife and our four boys moved to Sandpoint for the same reason most people do—it is one of the greatest small towns in the country! Whether it is residential property, waterfront, that unique homestead, or vacant land, I love helping clients find their dream home here in North Idaho, as well as assisting clients sell their property so they can move on to their next adventure. I have consistently ranked as one of the top 10 Realtors in sales in Selkirk MLS, as well as a Zillow Top Agent and Best of Zillow.
Before my life as a real-estate agent, I was a prosecutor for 15 years handling complex cases. I have been featured on Dateline NBC (Episode: The Prussian Blue Mystery) and worked with federal and state agencies to prosecute crime. I am also licensed to practice law in Idaho.
In 2009, I founded the WestBean Coffee Roasters, which is now a successful coffee roastery with four cafes. Prior to law school, I worked in Japan as the international marketing director for a major electronics company and still speak Japanese fairly fluently.
It is my diverse experience that gives me the ability to think outside the box and take care of my clients' needs. If you are coming to me as a buyer, I pride myself on being aggressive, listening to your needs, and finding unique ways to make sure you get the best deal possible.
If you are looking to sell your luxury home, that special estate, or the family residence, I will put together a comprehensive marketing plan designed to find buyers and close at top dollar for your property. I'm excited about our future here in North Idaho and look forward to working with you!
