I grew up in a construction family and have been building luxury custom dream homes for clients for the past 15 years.  My years of experience with construction gives me a strong background as an agent with extensive knowledge of the homes I'm helping to buy or sell.  I'm certified LEED AP, Solar Panel Installer, have taken the building inspector course, and started out as a finish carpenter before becoming a full time project manager.  Now that I've transitioned into Real Estate, that background gives me a deeper level of insight into how to best present a home for sale, or to help a buyer assess what they're paying for as they decide whether to move ahead with the purchase of their new home.
