The sleepy mining town and fledging ski area of Park City has grown into a thriving resort and business area since Patti moved here in 1971. Working in the marketing department for Park City Mountain Resort, Patti promoted the old mining town and the ski area at national ski shows. "I talked about our great powder snow and the easy access from the airport. I knew that the area had great potential, but little did I know that Deer Valley Resort would be hosting the 2002 Winter Olympics, and ranked as the number one ski area for several years."
After operating her own property management company, Patti began selling real estate in 1976. Along with four other agents, Patti was one of the founding members of the Park City Board of Realtors®. Since that time she has assisted clients with listing and selling hundreds of homes, condos, vacant land and commercial properties. Patti's integrity, service and relaxed manner endear her to her clients. These attributes provide Patti with an enormous repeat business and referral base, which has earned her a position as one of Park City's consistently top producing Realtors®. She has achieved the coveted Masters status for the Professional Achievement Award. Due to her fairness and knowledge of the Code of Ethics, she has served as a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees.
