A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business, Patti moved to Amelia Island 21 years ago and raised two children while working full time, including a 7-year stint as Regional Sales Manager for the original Amelia Island Plantation Company handling convention sales. Patti Burch, who has 30 years of business and sales experience, didn’t start selling real estate until 2012, but caught on fast and promptly won Nassau County’s Rookie Realtor of the Year award in 2013. Thanks to her business acumen and detailed knowledge of the area, she has placed in the top 5% of all local realtors since then. Patti is a proud FSU parent twice over: both her son and daughter are enrolled as undergraduates there. Patti is an active, local volunteer and has worked for the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation, Micah’s Place (she is now on the Board of Directors for Micah's Place) and the Volunteer Center. When she’s not working, Patti enjoys all water sports including scuba diving, kayaking, boating, and fishing.
