Playa Grande Investments was created by Jason & Michelle Matthews in 2005 as a direct result of their own real estate investments in the Dominican Republic. After retiring from 20 years in the tech space in 2000, they created Villa Castellamonte; arguably the most beautiful and popular vacation rental in the country. Following on that success, they created North Coast Management to manage their own and others vacation properties in the Dominican Republic. Playa Grande Investments started soon thereafter to help people understand the benefits of real estate investments in the Dominican Republic.
