With over 30 years of distinguished experience in marketing and sales, Michelle Macklin is recognized as a premier authority in Arizona’s luxury residential markets, serving Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, Chandler, and Ahwatukee. Her unmatched understanding of market dynamics and sophisticated area expertise allows her to exceed the high expectations of her discerning clientele.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has earned numerous elite designations, including Guild Elite membership with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, along with GRI, CRS, and ABR credentials—solidifying her reputation as a true marketing specialist. Before launching her award-winning real estate career, Michelle spent a decade in corporate leadership with Paychex, Inc., where she honed the strategic skills that now define her luxury marketing approach.
Her success was immediate: starting in Scottsdale, she was named Rookie of the Year and went on to achieve Platinum Club, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement honors. In 2023, she was named Luxury Agent of the Year by the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and continues to rank among the top five agents in the region.
In 2010, Michelle and her husband, Jay, co-founded Desert Platinum Properties, LLC, which grew into Platinum Living Realty—home to more than 100 agents across four prestigious offices in two states. After 15 ½ years of running the successful brokerage, they sold the company, marking a new chapter in their distinguished careers. While Michelle remains proud of this legacy, her true passion continues to be guiding buyers and sellers personally through the complexities of luxury real estate transactions.
A Scottsdale native, Michelle offers insider knowledge of the region’s most exclusive neighborhoods and lifestyles. Whether presenting estate properties with bespoke global marketing strategies or helping clients secure their ideal villa, she leverages cutting-edge technology and a hands-on, concierge-level approach to deliver exceptional results.
When she’s not orchestrating record-breaking sales, Michelle enjoys Scottsdale’s cultural and recreational offerings and blends business with pleasure while visiting her team in Newport Beach, CA. Above all, her unwavering commitment to excellence is reflected in the trust, loyalty, and satisfaction of her clients—each sale a testament to her dedication to fulfilling their luxury living dreams.
