Michael Walker

Michael Walker and his wife Annie are both Los Angeles natives with a deep knowledge of Southern California real estate and a passion for delivering results that exceed even the highest client expectations.

They are partners with The Cilic Group, a boutique sales team within Sotheby's International Realty, ranked one of the top teams in the country. Annie and Michael represented the seller of the highest sale of a coastal home from The California Incline to Newport Beach, for the entire year of 2020.

Annie and Michael enjoyed a successful career owning one of the top marketing and sponsorship activation firms in INDYCAR and NASCAR racing before turning their full attention to real estate. Their background allowed them to build incredible negotiating skills, and perhaps most importantly, provided strategic target marketing experience, which is an integral part of their winning formula in real estate.

Michael also worked as a general building contractor and has decades of residential construction experience in design, project management and working directly with homeowners. He and Annie have worked on a variety of projects from remodels, total house renovations, to small fix-its, allowing them the keep ability to help sellers get their homes ready to sell.

Annie and Michael believe that every home has its own story to share, which can be shared as part of a successful marketing campaign. As a captivating storyteller, Annie co-directed and they both co-produced the film "Behind the Indianapolis 500 with Parnelli Jones," which was selected for the Sun Valley Film Festival.

Twice a year, Annie and Michael visit Sotheby’s International Realty offices around the world, with whom they work for clients who are relocating. Coupled with the Sotheby’s brand, their network of agents across the world is hard to beat.

They are members of The Checkered Flag 200 Club, the California Association of Realtors, and have earned the professional designation as Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Michael also has a Probate and Trust Specialist Certification as well. Annie and Michael enjoy working with seniors and their families to consider their options to age in place, downsize, or move out of the area. They are patient, caring, and understand the unique challenges associated with making these important life decisions.
