Micah Brady is respected by his clients and colleagues alike for his honesty, integrity, realistic approach and expectations, in addition to his in-depth knowledge of northern Santa Barbara County. Raised, educated and now raising his family in the Santa Ynez Valley, he offers his clients unsurpassed familiarity with all aspects of the local market. Following in his father’s footsteps, Micah graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, became a real estate Broker, served as president of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and as Chairman of the Board of Solvang Theaterfest. He was on the Steering Committee that raised over $1 million for renovations to the organization’s theater facility. He served on the Santa Ynez Valley Economic Forecast Committee and is a former member of the Blueprint Committee that generated the vision document for Santa Barbara County’s update of the Santa Ynez Valley General Plan. Micah’s commitment to education matches his participation in the community and local government. A Board member of the Ballard School District, he is also a volunteer and coach for the local division of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO).
