Matteo is a licensed real estate agent and investing specialist based in Milan. He was born in the city of Bolzano, in South Tyrol, and graduated from Bocconi University, Italy’s top business school. He worked with a consulting firm in Vienna before completing his master’s degree in International Finance in Luxembourg. He later held positions in Asset Management in the Real Estate department of TMF Group, serving clients such as Merrill Lynch and ADIA the Investment Authority of Abu Dhabi. Matteo went on to work in the Hedge Fund Services Departments in Amsterdam and Sydney, before transferring to Los Angeles where he opened his own Real Estate Investment firm. He was involved in architectural design, structural renovations, property management, short-term rentals and sales. After more than 12 years abroad, Matteo returned to Italy to serve international buyers and sellers in the luxury real estate market. He shares a wealth of knowledge with his broad international following, covering info on the local market, the Italian buying process, tax incentives, and investing opportunities.
