He is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hawaii Life, a leading independent luxury real estate brokerage serving the Hawaiian Islands.

Throughout his career, Beall has worked directly with sophisticated sellers and buyers on marquee residential properties, bringing a principal-level perspective shaped by experience in brokerage, investment, development, and market strategy. His work frequently involves assets where pricing, liquidity, discretion, and global reach are central considerations.

Beall also serves as Chair of the Board of Forbes Global Properties, a global consortium of elite, locally owned brokerages created in partnership with Forbes Media. In this role, he works closely with brokerage principals around the world on brand stewardship, client alignment, and long-term market positioning.
