Impressed by an international network and its respected, impeccable brand and marketing, Marsha joined Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in 2020 to continue delivering exceptional customer experiences. She holds licenses to trade residential and commercial real estate in both Alberta and British Columbia.
Marsha began her real estate career in new home construction sales in 1994. She has earned a reputation for achieving excellence in customer service by offering highly personalized communications and negotiation expertise to her clients. In tandem with meticulous attention to details, training in home decor and staging, she effectively guides and advises sellers and buyers through all stages of listing and marketing, or purchasing a home.
Marsha has held numerous roles in the real estate industry. She is a former Chair of the Real Estate Insurance Exchange Claims Committee (REIX), former member of Real Estate Council of Alberta Hearing Panel and a former instructor with Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®). Currently she serves as Presiding Officer on the City of Calgary Assessment Review Board, is certified as a Certified Condominium and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and holds the Qualified Arbitrator (Q.Arb®) designation with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC®). Marsha earned degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Calgary, and is currently completing a Certificate in Mediation through the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
A long-time condo dweller in both Calgary’s Beltline and the Inner Harbour of Victoria, Marsha embraces an inner city lifestyle in both cities and enjoys walking or riding her bike to the office. Marsha's favourite pastimes include golf and yoga and she became a certified yoga instructor (RYT®200) in 2019.
