With a strong background in business, and firm footing in a university education from both UBC and Zhejiang University in China, I am proud to serve my clients in both my native language English, and Mandarin Chinese. Before working in the real estate business, my start up business, Community Lawn Care, grew in four years to become the top rated lawn service in Vancouver, grossing a quarter of a million dollars in revenue and winning several industry awards. During this time I learned many lessons, and each opportunity has allowed me to improve myself. I’ve always believed that participating and supporting community events is not only a good return on investment, but also a duty. To that end I am happy to continue supporting various community initiatives for the fourth year. My community contributions include but are not limited to: Dunbar Little League, Jericho Little League, Kerrisdale Little League, Little Mountain Little League, South Van Little League, Community Baseball and the Kerrisdale Oakridge Marpole Community Policing Centre.
