My name is Mark Dalton and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Toronto's west end. In October 1996, a lifestyle change brought me to beautiful Banff, Alberta where I began to live my dream of becoming a true mountain sports enthusiast. I lived and breathed skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking and hockey while immersing myself in the ski industry. A passion for recreational properties pushed me to enter the wonderful world of real estate. I earned my license in 2007 and under the guidance of Edgar Margreiter, I worked diligently and became one of the Bow Valley's most successful realtors earning Best Realtor in 2014 and 2016. As the new owner/broker of Bow Valley Realty Ltd., my goal has been to increase our market share of sales and property management in the Bow Valley and surrounding area. I am developing a great team, and have a wonderful wife and 2 children who keep me grounded and remind me every day how blessed we are to live and grow in this community.
