Marissa Maddux is the newest member of the dynamic real estate team of Cathy Gilchrist-Colmar and Clinton Selfridge. Her background in the mortgage business gives her an extensive knowledge of the lending side of real estate transactions, a significant advantage when advising both buyers and sellers. A Carlsbad native, Marissa has built strong relationships in the community and brings an intimate knowledge of coastal areas and neighborhoods to her business. Her top priority when working with her clients is communication which she feels is the key to building lasting relationships. Marissa and her husband Jon have 9 year old twins and when she's not working she enjoys traveling, bike rides and going to the beach with her family.
