Possessing a solid understanding of the intricacies of the market and the entire Westside, as well as the individual needs of her clients, balanced against an underlying knowledge of the importance of the role she plays in their lives during a transaction, Whitaker guides her clients through the complicated processes, providing honest assessments, valuable insight, and imparting her wisdom along the way. Her extensive marketing expertise, in combination with the important contacts she has made during her career, enhance the real estate experience for her clients, maximizing buyers' opportunities to find the perfect home and sellers' potential for attracting qualified buyers.
Once the right home, or the right buyer, is found, Whitaker uses the negotiation techniques she built up over her accomplished career in apparel management and has been honing throughout her real estate career to arrive at a solution that meets her clients' needs. She then carefully manages every detail, ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties. For her efforts, Whitaker is rewarded with repeat and referral client that make up the great majority of her client base and are as abundant as the honors and recognition she has received from both management and colleagues throughout her career. At Coldwell Banker, where Whitaker began her real estate career, she was a certified Previews Property Specialist, a member of the International President's Circle and International Diamond Society, and, perhaps, most importantly, was named the "Ultimate Professional" by her peers every year since the inception of the award.
