Prior to her real estate career, Lydia was employed as a real estate loan officer at Skylake State Bank for 5 years. At Skylake, she specialized in originating mortgages for apartment buildings, warehouses, and strip centers, both locally and nationally. Since her employment at Harding Realty, Inc. and now with ONE Sotheby's International Realty she has exceeded 500 million in sales and is one of our top producers.
Her areas of specialty are single-family homes in Golden Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, Bay Harbor, Miami Beach, and Surfside. She is bilingual and has a large international customer base. In addition to single-family properties, Lydia also has expertise in the marketing and sale of condominiums in the Miami Beach area, the management of multi-family properties, and the marketing and sale of bank-owned properties (REOs).
Lydia was born in Havana, Cuba, and has resided in the South Florida area since 1962. She is married to Frank Miller and has two daughters, Jami and Ashley Eskenazi. An avid and competitive tennis player since youth, Lydia is now working on perfecting her golf game. She also enjoys snow skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling around the world with family and friends.
