Lovette Llantos is a highly respected and top-producing Realtor-Broker on the Big Island of Hawaii with over 22 years of real estate sales and experience. In 2024 she earned The International President’s Elite Award which is the Top 2% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.

As a Broker-in-Charge, she educated, trained, and shared with her agent’s knowledge, wisdom, and practical experience that will help them develop a pipeline of business to sustain a productive and fulfilling career in real estate.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Her professional experience includes executive leadership, sales and business development, association management, property management, productivity coaching, contract standards development and contracts review, agent mentorship, and professional sales training.

She has dedicated herself as a volunteer with the real estate organizations, serving on the board and multiple committees over the years. She has also served on the Board of Directors of West Hawaii Association of Realtors (WHAR) and Hawai‘i Island Realtors (HIR) and was on the Standards Forms Committee of her State Board - Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR).

She was proud to be recognized by Filipina Women’s’ Network with the FWN100 Award™ as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the USA in 2009 for outstanding professional and community leadership. During her time living in Washington, DC, she served as chairperson of the Philippine American Foundation for Charities (PAFC) and president of the Filipino Young Professionals of Washington, DC. She also founded and organized an annual Volleyball tournament for 15 years attended by competitors from up and down the East Coast from New York to Florida.

Here in Hawaii, she is committed to supporting numerous Big Island charitable causes. She is the founder of the Fil-Am Hawai‘i Foundation and the Annual Fil-Am Friendship Tennis and Pickleball Charity Fundraiser where they have helped over 100 kids go to college since its inception in 2007. She is the Vice President of the Kona Visayan Club that helps provide outreach services to Big Island residents and abroad. She has served as Vice President and Director and Local League Coordinator of the West Hawai‘i District Tennis Association. She also volunteered at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships for 10 years.

In her free time, she loves dancing hula, playing competitive tennis with United States Tennis Association, pickleball, and being an active volunteer in her community as well as at her place of worship. She also used to play competitive volleyball with the USA Volleyball.
