Lindsay Clark was born into the real estate business in Brunswick, Maine, where her parents and grandparents continue to operate a prominent brokerage and development company. The call of the West drove Lindsay to the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business where she furthered her real estate interests. Graduating with honors, Lindsay left school with a dual degree in Real Estate and Marketing with a double major in Spanish. Upon graduation, she moved to Park City, Utah, and joined the real estate team of Paul Benson.
With one of the largest international marketing budgets of any broker, The Benson Team’s listings have graced the cover and pages of regional and international magazines and publications such as the Robb Report, Unique Homes, duPont Registry, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, to name a few. The Benson Team also hosts a number of annual events for high net worth clients, including Sundance Film Festival, American Century Golf Tournament in Lake Tahoe, and the 2016 Pebble Beach Golf Tournament, creating even more exposure for business. The Benson team currently has over 80 luxury home and land listings with over a half billion in dollar volume. The Benson team has successfully sold over $1,000,000,000 in volume, closing over 800 transactions in the past ten years.
As one of the lead listing agents for The Parkite project on Main Street, Lindsay, along with her team have increased sales 7x since taking over the project.
The Benson team has found Lindsay’s degree in real estate and her ability to speak fluent Spanish to be a valuable asset when engaging international buyers who have become the focus of the Benson team. Lindsay represents some of the most discerning buyers and sellers in the Park City market. On the rare occasion that she isn’t working, Lindsay is a yoga instructor and enjoys the healthy outdoor lifestyle of Park City, Utah.
