Linda Afman is an experienced veteran in the real estate industry, currently a Broker Associ-ate with RE/MAX 4000, in Grand Junction CO. She has been a licensed broker for 46 years in Wyoming and Colorado, with her 29 years in the Grand Junction area. From 1989 to 1999 Linda was in Residential sales, with Bray Real Estate, Grand Junction, 1998 Managing Broker for Ridge Park, 28 Patio homes in The Ridges, Grand Junction. From 1999 to 2003, Linda was the Real Estate Broker for the Redlands Mesa Golf Course Community. In this capacity she identified and organized the needs in the marketplace for the development through analysis of local and extended market data. She helped develop strategies and business plans to position the golf community on the cutting edge of Western Colorado and global golf communities. 2006 Marketing Team for Shadow Run, 32 Townhomes development in The Ridges. Grand Junction. Linda has also worked with a prime residential community surrounding an 18 hole golf course community in Wyoming, where she also assisted with in the real estate development.
