Born and raised in the small town of Chittenden, Vermont, Leo Pond has always possessed a natural ability to connect with others and a strong drive for success. From an early age, he demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit, organizing community events and spearheading local fundraisers—early signs of the leadership and initiative that now define his career in real estate.

Leo began his real estate journey at just 18, enrolling in rigorous coursework and quickly earning his real estate license. Since then, he has distinguished himself as a rising professional in the field. In addition to his real estate work, Leo brings a diverse professional background to the table. He currently serves as a Law Clerk at C.W. Blanchard PLLC, a respected local law firm. His prior experience includes marketing roles with the U.S. Ski Team and the Killington World Cup Foundation. These roles have further strengthened his analytical skills, market insight, and client-first approach.

Leo is deeply committed to his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Barstow Unified Union School District, The Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union, and The Mentor Connector Inc.
