I've been licensed for nine of the seventeen years I've lived here. Between Kansas and Idaho, I spent some time in California;I understand why this is such an amazing place to live. My experience with real estate in north Idaho included homes in town, condos, land, waterfront, homes on land‚ even off-grid living. What we have here goes far beyond the idea of living where others vacation. North Idaho is more than lakes and ski hills. I can tell you where to score the best antique and thrift store finds, where to find the best shooting range, and where to venture off the beaten path. I won't give directions to my favorite huckleberry spot, but I can show you how to find your own.
