Kristi has 28 years of sales and marketing experience in various industries including banking, trade show management, medical devices and real estate. Kristi joined The Abaco Club on Winding Bay, a luxury golf and residential community, as Director of Sales and Marketing at its inception in 2004. Since 2006, Kristi has been a top performer responsible for membership and real estate sales. Residential offerings include estate lots fronting the beach, Atlantic or golf course and turnkey cottages. Kristi is a local expert and a licensed agent with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA). Prior to Southworth Development purchasing The Abaco Club on Winding Bay, Kristi was the Managing Director for Abaco Club Homes; a luxury villa rental company offering 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes at the club. In that role, Kristi trained a professional team to focus on creating personalized, unique and memorable experiences for every member and guest. Kristi also has extensive experience in property management, housekeeping and concierge services. Kristi is currently the Director of Sales responsible for membership and real estate sales at The Abaco Club on Winding Bay.
