Market savvy, a hands-on approach and extensive contacts are among the many advantages that make Kimberly Johnson the ideal partner in your real estate search.
Kimberly loves the homes and neighborhoods she sells, and the clients she serves. Empathy, ethics, dedication and trust define her style of doing business. “I always put my clients’ needs and best interests first,” she says. “The numbers have to make sense in a purchase or sale, even if it means advising my clients to stay put for a while. What matters most to me is that people are happy with their decision; it’s not just a transaction.”
With a background in fashion sales and design, her aesthetic is spot on. She worked for top fashion designers in NYC, parlayed into home textiles and worked for Ralph Lauren Home.
While taking time off to raise her son, Kimberly oversaw several construction projects with her architect partner. The experience afforded her an appreciation for the attention to detail and knowledge of local laws required to renovate or build. Kimberly’s expertise in guiding clients through the process is invaluable. She can easily recognize potential in a property, and has a proven track record of success with her cost benefit analysis.
When not working, Kimberly enjoys free time with her family and their Cocker Spaniel, Louie. She has close ties in the community through schools, Garden Club and various local charities. Capitalizing on her extensive network of friends and tradespeople alike, Kimberly has been involved in several off-market real estate transactions.
