Raised in the Jacksonville Metro Area, Kelly DeLucia graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Marketing and Political Science. Several years later, Kelly returned to UF to pursue her MBA, with a concentration in Marketing and Real Estate. After 8 years working in the Human Resources and Organization Development field with roles as both a management professional for a Fortune 50 company and several independent consulting firms, Kelly launched her real estate career. As the first official Welch Team member, Kelly has brought her passion for people, and penchant for solutions oriented systems to the Listing side of our Team.
