Listing a luxury property is a bit like representing a Hollywood A-lister; publicity is everything. That’s Kelli’s specialty, and the reason she’s been seen in magazines, newspapers, and television shows touting the top of the market. In her 11 years in real estate at two of the valley’s biggest agencies, she’s made sure that her listings attracted global attention, and once the potential buyers began to circle, Kelli kicked her negotiation skills into overdrive. It’s a high-energy job, and Kelli’s energy doesn’t stop at the office door. She’s a frequent hiker of the Midnight Mine trail with her (ironically named) dog Moose, and guides luxury-laden trail rides on her horse Nico. Her parents, who first brought her to Aspen at age 4, still spend time in the valley, and her sister Adrienne Z spends time here as well — as a coworker at Palladium Properties.
