Katie began her real estate career in 2004 after working in Corporate sales. As Katie became successful, the foundation for her skills as a creative and successful negotiator were formed. Her clients would tell you her success is because of her contagious passion and her laser focus on customer service and communication. She would tell you it's because she is lucky enough to have amazing clients who send her referrals after taking such great care of them. A lifelong Capital Region resident, Katie is driven each day by helping her clients with their real estate needs. She especially enjoys helping a homebuyer feel welcomed in their new community. Her eye for design and natural ability to visualize the beauty in the most challenging of projects is an added benefit of working with Katie. Katie and her partner have been investing in real estate for over 20 years and renovated numerous properties since 2004.
