Kate Deverin is a Long Island, NY native. After graduating Marist College with a degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Finance and Marketing, she began her career working in the mortgage backed securities sector of a large bank in lower Manhattan. Here, she gained experience in the closing processes, working with lenders, banks, attorneys, and investors.
From there, she changed careers and moved to Cranbury, NJ in 2013 where she worked as a special education teacher. At this time, Kate and her husband also started purchasing, renovating, and reselling investment properties in the Greater Princeton Area.
Ready for a new challenge, Kate received her real estate salesperson license and joined Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty in 2021. Representing buyers and sellers in Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex, and Ocean counties, Kate is dedicated to listening attentively to her client's needs, making the process as smooth as possible, and delivering results. She prides herself on responsiveness, attention to detail, patience, and work ethic. As a certified home stager, she helps her clients prepare their homes for sale to showcase them in their best light, capitalize on marketing, attract more buyers, and sell for more money in a shorter amount of time.
Committed to the pursuit of excellence in the real estate profession and professional development, Kate is a graduate of the rigorous Ninja Selling Installation, Sotheby's International Realty Agent Self-Paced Productivity Challenge, and participates in affiliate agent networking events.
Kate now resides in Millstone Township, NJ with her husband and three children. She is an active member of the community and local MOM's Club. In her free time, she writes a lifestyle blog documenting home renovation and design projects.
