A lifelong broker of 37+ years, Joseph is passionate about Real Estate and loves uniting extraordinary people with extraordinary properties. More than just a broker, Joseph helps build great real estate agents. Having the vision that our real estate market was an ideal place to have a luxury brand, Joseph brought Sotheby’s International Realty to the state of Washington over 7 years ago. Now with 14 independently owned offices state wide and two offices on the Eastside, Joseph leads the Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty team of brokers. A restauranteur and sports enthusiast on the side, Joseph is the father to three exceptional daughters and the husband to his beautiful wife of 31 years.
Licensed since 1979, Joseph has mastered the art of putting a deal together. Nothing excites him more than signing a listing agreement or executing a purchase and sale. Working with a buyer and seller who are $500K apart and opening escrow 4 days later is what Joseph does best. Having experienced the ebbs and flows of the market, interest rates that were once 18%, buyer frenzies and inventory lulls, Joseph can truly say he has seen and done it all.
