For the last seven years, Mr. Torres has immersed himself in all things real estate.  He graduated with his bachelors from Florida International University, and later obtained his juris doctoratefrom Western Michigan University.  His first few months as a practicing attorney saw him closing real-estate transactions in the Bahamas and throughout the State of Florida.  During his tenure at his former firm, Mr. Torres focused primarily on commercial and residential real estate transactions.  He is also no stranger to the luxury market place.  As an attorney, he has helped facilitate the closing of multi-million dollar luxury real estate and yacht transactions.

In addition to practicing real estate law, Mr. Torres now runs his own real-estate due diligence company.  His most recent venture into real estate has found him joining LUXE Properties LLC as a sales associate.  LUXE Properties is headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida and has quickly made a reputation for itself as a successful tech- and internet-savvy real estate company. With 3 branch locations: in Kendall, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, LUXE is quickly growing with 170 agents to date. Mr. Torres is looking forward to making a name for himself in South Florida's luxury real estate market.  He understands the importance of investing in real estate and has made a commitment to bring value to the industry as both a sales associate and real estate consultant.
