I moved to beautiful Sonoma County in 1986 from Bozeman MT; living primarily in Santa Rosa, but was a bit of a gypsy when I was younger, so also in Windsor, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Forestville and Guerneville. I have enjoyed exploring all the backroads and every way possible to get to the ocean so I have a very good understanding of the West County!I’ve worked in Real Estate since 2008, specializing in both homes and land along the 101 Corridor all the way out to the coast, including The Sea Ranch, where I lived for 4 years. I've also worked in Gualala, Point Arena, Irish Beach and Elk up in Mendocino County. It is important to understand the rules of the California Coastal Commission and how it impacts properties within that zone. I am happy to work with clients in that area!
