John Bauchman has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate helping buyers and sellers achieve their respective real estate goals. He was raised in Idaho and his family has had a residence in Big Sky since the 1970’s. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame and MBA in finance from Michigan State University. He is a year round Big Sky resident licensed to sell real estate in Montana and North Carolina. John has personally developed and invested in real estate in Idaho, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona.

He has also owned several successful businesses including the telecommunications construction company that installed the first phone lines into Big Sky in the 1970’s when Big Sky development was beginning, a beer distributorship, a mountain states wholesale sporting goods distributorship, a local exchange telephone company serving rural areas in Idaho, and a Nevada gaming company.
