Joel Ripmaster has over 45 years of experience serving the Boulder Luxury Real Estate Community. His firm, Colorado Landmark, Realtors, has been a luxury leader in the area since opening in 1977. Joel has won several numerous awards, including The Original President's Elite Award in Colorado, National Top Producer Award over four decades and most recently, Managing Broker of the Year. His NAR designations include CRS/CRB/CCIM and Realtor Emeritus. Joel has served hundreds of clients and friends and has been an important part of the Boulder County community since moving here in the 1960’s. Joel graduated from the University of Colorado and was a Varsity Football Letterman and is still active with the University today as a member of the University of Colorado Real Estate Center and deeply involved with the University’s suicide prevention initiative sports program Buffs4Life. When Joel is not selling, mentoring agents, or managing the Colorado Landmark offices, he is enjoying skiing, hiking, or golfing in beautiful Colorado and around the world.
