For the last 30 years, I have bought and sold residential real estate in New Mexico, New York City, Texas and Hawaii, and have been a licensed Realtor since 2001. While living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, my partner and I renovated historic homes in the downtown area, including a small development for which we received an award from the City's Historic Design Review Board. Another historic home renovation we did resulted in a "Kitchen of the Month" feature in "House Beautiful" magazine.
Since moving to Kauai, I started dancing hula which has been an incredibly rewarding journey.
