Greetings from beautiful Central Oregon. I was born in Bend and raised on a working ranch in Silver Lake, Oregon. Hard work and determination were instilled at a very young age. I'm very thankful for rural roots. My real estate career commenced in 2001 with Coldwell Banker Morris. Our building was one of the first erected in the Old Mill District...many people thought we were crazy moving from Greenwood Ave to a "dust pile". Morris was dropped from the name in 2017 with the acquisition by CB Bain. Luxury, farm & ranch, vacant land, 1031, waterfront, and REO/distressed are areas I have advanced experience, knowledge, and training in. The 2007-2009 recession my team was one of three selected to represent Freddie Mac. We liquidated hundreds of their distressed assets in addition to properties held by regional banks. The real estate market is ever-changing. Staying apprised of state and federal legislation, land use changes, and understanding water rights are fundamental to representing my clients well. I've learned that life is all about relationships. The friendships and experiences gained from this industry are immeasurable. I value and respect my clients. I love what I do. Outside of work I enjoy hunting with family, volunteering with various philanthropic organizations, and playing in the dirt. Since 2012 I've earned the Coldwell Banker International President's Elite award for production each year.
