Prior to purchasing Manormor Sotheby's International Realty, Jeffrey was founder & CEO of several building, design, development and mangement companies that specialized in luxury single family residences throughout Northeast Florida. Mr. Chefan has successfully created and sold over 50 multi-million dollar properties in Aspen, Colorado; Boca Raton, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. He obtained a florida Certified Building Contractors License in 1987 and a Florida Real Estate License in 1988.Jeffrey & Jane Chefan have been married for over 21 years and are blessed to be the parents of two daughters. They have a passion and love for family, friends, and real estate that flows over into the relationships built with their clients.
