Jeff Bond is owner and Broker of Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby's International Realty. Working with the company since 1990, when Jeff joined the company it was known as Kaniksu Realty. Kaniksu Realty was the #1 company for sales in Bonner and Boundary county and this was Jeff's primary reason for choosing the company to work for. In January of 1996, Kaniksu Realty agreed to join forces with its closest competitor Panhandle Realty and combine the two companies to form the largest and best company in Bonner County. It was at this time that Jeff became an owner and the broker for Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby's International Realty. This experience and his dedication to continuing education in Real Estate are what keep him on the cutting edge of todays real estate challenges. Jeff has a brokers license and has completed the Graduate Real Estate Program (GRI) and has successfully completed the Accredited Buyers Representation program (ABR). He has also completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) program in 1999 and will continue with other designations as long as he is in the business. Jeff has a very diverse background in business, sales and promotions. With past jobs as Assistant Production Manager for Jackson Browne, General Manager and Sales Manager of Blue Sky Broadcasting (the local radio stations KSPT AND KPND) and owner promoter of a regional production company as well as a sleigh ride business at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, Jeff's life experience and contacts quickly put him on the top of Bonner County real estate sales. Jeff has served on the Board of the Festival of Sandpoint and for several years booked the commercial acts for the Festival. For five years from 1983 to 1988 he served on the Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce board and was also chairman of the Tourism Promotion Committee that started many local promotions including Waterfest, Winter Carnival, and many other events. During this period he also served on the show committee for the North Idaho Draft Horse Show. He was the promoter for the Great Northern Bluegrass Festival and numerous other concerts and events. Jeff is currently on the Board of Directors for the Bonner County Economic Development Corporation where he stays involved in local issues concerning our growing community.
