Having relocated from Norway herself, Janicke understands how overwhelming the process can be for buyers and sellers, and always takes special care to see that their needs are met. Not only does she help buyers find the right home, she goes the extra mile to provide information about schools, neighborhoods, and anything else that makes a family feel comfortable in their new community.
Janicke Swanson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Western Australia. She believes that strong marketing, multi-channel media, and utilizing the latest technology, help ensure that sellers get the best exposure for their home.
Janicke Swanson gives a portion of all her sales commissions earned to the Charitable Foundation, that provides hundreds of grants to local organizations in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego that promote health, education, community and environment. Janicke also supports the Del Mar Unified School District and Del Mar Schools Education Foundation. In her spare time, Janicke stays fit with Orange Theory Fitness classes, loves to cook, traveling, interior design, and spending time with family and friends.
