Jacobo graduated from “The Culinary Institute of America” in Hyde Park, NY in December 1994 with an AOS (Associate in Occupational Studies) degree and also study Business Administration in Tourism at the “Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara” in Guadalajara, Mexico. Most notably, Jacobo served as Secretary of Tourism for the State of Baja California Sur before the new Government Administration was elected in April 2011. He has also been involved in the local Los Cabos restaurant business since 1997.
