Ivan Perez is a Cuban-American Los Angeles native. From an early age he began to understand the importance of investing in real estate for wealth creation. Ivan has great passion for Real Estate and the art of deal. He began his career in real estate at Keller Williams Los Feliz in 2014. There he had the opportunity to partner with top producing agents on multiple deals, creating above average results for his clients. Thus resulting in an achievement award and earning him the title of; Rookie of the year.
Ivan is an agent who’s an expert in his local market. He brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and expertise in all things real estate (investing, selling, and buying). Prior to becoming an agent, Ivan worked in the telecommunications industry for 8 years as a manager. Being awarded numerous awards for top performance in sales, team leader, and customer service. He also has an extensive background in banking work for CalFed, Citi, Wescom, and California Credit Union. He has also worked as a loan officer right before the market crash of 2008.
Ivan has joined Movoto as a lead agent to form a dynamic team of agents working under his leadership. He is also an active member of the Beverly Hill Board of Realtors.
