Early in her career, Heather worked as a convertible bonds sales trader for Robertson Stephens, a San Francisco-based tech industry-focused investment advisory, private equity, and venture capital firm.
A longtime friend of her business partner, Cathy Fassero, she embarked on her Arizona real estate career in 2020. Differentiating the pair from so many other agents is their financial background. This familiarity with numbers allows her to provide clients logic in black and white when it comes to explaining comps, as well as fair market pricing that helps clients understand if a transaction makes financial sense.
